1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

When you buy a licence

• Your Machine ID — an identifier derived from your computer. It identifies the machine, not you. We need it because every licence is bound to one computer.
• Purchase records — the plan and duration you bought, the amount, the payment and payment-link references from Razorpay, the licence expiry date, and a record of any transfers.

We do not receive or store your card number, UPI ID, bank details, CVV or PIN. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, who process them under their own privacy policy.

Because purchases are identified by Machine ID rather than by an account, we do not require your name, email address or postal address to sell you a licence.

When you contact us

• Your name, email address, subject and message, so that we can reply.
• Anything else you choose to include, such as a Machine ID or a payment reference.

When you visit this website

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Your browser stores a payment reference locally while a purchase is in progress so the page can resume if you reload it; that value stays on your own device, is cleared when the purchase finishes, and is never sent anywhere except back to our own server to check the payment status.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request information such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention, as any web host does.

The Windows application

The application contacts our licence server to load prices, create a payment, check its status, issue or restore a licence, and transfer one. It also contacts our release channel to check for updates. It does not track your usage of Siemens NX, does not read your CAD or CAM files, and does not send us the contents of your computer.

3. Why we use it

• To perform our contract with you — issuing, activating, restoring and transferring your licence, and processing your payment.
• To provide support — answering your messages and resolving problems.
• For our legitimate interests — preventing fraud and abuse of the licensing system, and keeping the service secure.
• To meet legal obligations — keeping records of sales and tax where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Who we share it with

• Razorpay — our payment processor. They handle the payment itself and receive whatever you enter on their payment page.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and our licence server, and stores licence records.
• GitHub — hosts our release files. Downloading the application from there is a request to GitHub, subject to their privacy policy.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

5. How long we keep it

• Licence and subscription records — for as long as the licence may need to be restored or transferred, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Support messages — normally up to 24 months, so we can refer back to an earlier conversation.
• Temporary payment records — short-lived working records created during a purchase expire automatically, typically within 30 minutes.

6. Security

All traffic between your computer, this website and our licence server uses HTTPS. Payment credentials are held only by Razorpay and are not present anywhere in this website, in the Windows application, or in our published source. Access to licence records is restricted to an authenticated administrative interface.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will act promptly and notify you where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email harshaloza66@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Please note that deleting a purchase record may make it impossible to restore or transfer the licence it relates to, and we may need to keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

8. Children

This is professional engineering software. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. International transfers

Our hosting and payment providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside India on infrastructure operated by those providers.

10. Changes
