1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and PLACEHOLDER — REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME (“we”, “us”), the developer of HARSHAL OZA NX LICENSE, covering this website at https://harshal-oza-nx-license-website.pages.dev, the HARSHAL OZA NX LICENSE Windows application, and any licence you buy through either.

By downloading the application, buying a licence or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.

2. What we are, and what we are not

HARSHAL OZA NX LICENSE is independently developed software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Siemens Digital Industries Software. Siemens and NX are trademarks of their respective owners, referred to here only to describe compatibility.

Nothing we sell provides, replaces, extends or unlocks a Siemens NX licence. You are responsible for holding your own valid, properly licensed installation of Siemens NX, and for complying with Siemens’ own terms.

3. The licence you are buying

When you buy a licence, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

• install and use the licensed software on one computer;
• use it for the licence period you purchased, ending on the expiry date issued to you;
• use it for your own business or personal purposes.

A licence is issued for a specific computer, identified by a Machine ID derived from that machine. It will not activate on any other computer unless you transfer it using the transfer feature.

You may not

• share, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute a licence key or the software;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
• circumvent, disable or tamper with the licensing or activation mechanism;
• use the software in any way that breaches applicable law or the terms of your Siemens NX licence.

We own the software and all intellectual property in it. Buying a licence buys the right to use it, not ownership of it.

4. Duration, expiry and renewal

Licences are sold for a fixed period. When the expiry date passes, the licensed software stops working. A licence does not renew automatically and we do not take a recurring payment — to continue, you buy a new licence.

Because the software validates your licence on your own computer rather than by contacting us, a change made on our side reaches you only when you next open the application and it collects the update. If you extend a licence, open the application and use Refresh to pick up the new expiry date.

5. Transfers

A paid licence can be moved to a different computer using the transfer feature in the application. Transferring releases the licence from the original computer and removes the local licence there. Your expiry date is carried across unchanged. There is a limit on how many times a licence may be transferred; the application shows how many transfers remain. Free trial licences cannot be transferred.

6. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, it is limited to one per computer and its length is set by us and may change at any time. A trial gives no purchase obligation and no entitlement to support. We may withdraw the trial offer at any time; withdrawing it does not shorten a trial already running on your computer.

7. Payment

Prices are shown in INR and are set by our licence server at the moment a payment is created. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive, handle or store your card, UPI or bank details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy.

A licence is issued only after Razorpay confirms the payment to our licence server. Taxes, where applicable, are shown before you pay.

8. Delivery

Licences are delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, your licence key is issued immediately and shown to you, or installed directly by the application if you bought from inside it. There is no physical delivery.

If a payment succeeds but a key is not delivered, contact us at harshaloza66@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will issue it manually.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Support

We provide email support for installation, activation, payment and licence problems while your licence is valid. We aim to reply within 2 business days, but we do not guarantee a response time, uninterrupted availability or a fix for every issue.

11. Compatibility, and what we do not promise

Compatibility with any given Siemens NX version is stated on the tools page, and only where a build for that version exists. It is your responsibility to check that the software supports your NX version and configuration before buying. We encourage you to ask us first if you are unsure.

The software is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we exclude all implied warranties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production, loss of data or loss of machining time arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the licence giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Suspension for misuse

We may decline to sell to, or provide support to, anyone who breaches these terms — in particular anyone sharing keys or tampering with the licensing mechanism. You should be aware that because the software validates licences offline on your own computer, a licence that has already been issued cannot be technically revoked by us.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy is the version that applies to that purchase. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of PLACEHOLDER — CITY, STATE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
